A confirmed label means a current source explicitly says usage limits were reset for a broad Codex audience. A preview, vague hint, product launch, or single-account report does not qualify.
What a broad reset changes
A broad reset may restore usage outside your normal weekly schedule. Rollout language matters: an announcement can be immediate, within an hour, or still propagating.
